I am not in the habit of writing a review unless I receive excellent customer/patient service or to express disappointment. I feel that hygienist/dentist Joanna Landais deserves a 5* review as she was professional, friendly and most importantly took good care of me when I explained that I am normally a bit anxious when I sit on the dentist chair. Her nurse/assistant was also very attentive. I want to conclude by adding a comment about the receptionist Agnes who was extremely helpful too. I have already booked a new appointment and I will certainly be writing about my next experience at Ultrasmile following that appointment.Thank youAntonello Coretta

I’ve been visiting UltraSmile for my Invisalign treatment, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted with such warmth by Faye at reception, who is exceptional at handling all my appointments and makes every visit feel welcoming and comfortable. Dr. Husain, who has been overseeing my Invisalign journey, is simply fantastic. She’s extremely professional, attentive to every detail, and always takes the time to explain each step of the process. Having had other dental experiences before, I can confidently say that UltraSmile is far better than any other dentist I’ve been to. Seeing them frequently has been a pleasure, and I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care and service they consistently provide. UltraSmile is a gem!

My experience at ultra smile was very very good. Although starting with a different clinician at the beginning of the process and moving to someone new mid way through, the process has been efficient and enjoyable at every step of the way. The team have been friendly and flexible to changing appointments throughout the process and have offered advice and guidance when asked. I am on my last set of aligners and eagerly await the final outcome of the Invisalign process. I was referred to the clinic by a friend who had a similar seamless process. Thanks again to the Ultrasmile team.

Just completed my invisalign treatment. I was assigned to Peter DasThe treatment took 15months due to the amount of correction required to straighten and close the gaps in my teeth. All done now and I am very happy with the results.Peter was very informative and helpful right from the start till the end of the treatment. cannot recommend him enough

I had both required and cosmetic services almost 15 YEARS ago at this clinic!! Every dentist I have seen since then comments on their beautiful work (my veneer and crown). After 15 years and no longer living in the UK, I am searching for a clinic that will be as good as Ultra Smile....it's proving tough to find....considering travelling back to the UK just to see them!

I received treatment at UltraSmile for internal bleaching for one of my front teeth and external whitening for all my teeth. I am so happy with the result! All my teeth look very naturally white and the same colour! Dr Thang Nghiem has been amazing at explaining everything and answering all my questions as well as ensuring I get the best possible result - which I did. The reception team were also great and helpful every time I needed their assistance. I would 100% recommend UltraSmile! Very happy with the result.

"Wonderful staff. Love the receptionists, especially Fay - so good with my two year old while I was having treatment she didn't want to leave! Great job - very happy my teeth are no longer chipping each other and the braces also straightened a slightly twisted tooth in the process giving me a perfect smile. :-) Also the repairs on the chipped teeth are seamless - amazing! Thank you all!"

"Gentle Jenny' did the most perfect, calm, relaxing even... yet also the most efficient, thorough and professional clean and polish that I have ever experienced. It felt more like a spa treatment than a trip to the dentist! "I had a fantastic experience at Ultrasmile, the front of house staff and manager were so friendly and welcoming and always took the time to chat to me. If anyone had a slight fear of Dentists you will be put at ease here. I had Invisalign treatment for a year and a half and couldn't be happier with the results. My dentist was so friendly and even took the trouble to iron out any little problems with my teeth. It's a friendly, welcoming and environment and I would totally recommend it!"
